Guys, i Just want to know the Best Odi/test matches u seen. I know people has seen a lot of classic, but u can share some on the forum.
For me
ODI-South Africa vs Australia at Johannesburg. The best ODI ever. Australia batted first and set the world record of 434-4 after 50 overs. South Africa showed bags of resilience to come back and win the match and setting a new record of 438-9.I know it everybody of us like this match. What a finish from SA.
Test-England vs Australia at Edgbaston. The greatest test ever. England set a good score of 408 in their first innings. Australia turned it around and looked like winning when Geraint Jones took a brilliant catch to dismiss Michael Kasprowicz. One stage i thought that match ended in drew but they done it and won the match by 2 runs. |

that odi game was a total slaughter. would hate to be a bowler in that game!!
for the test match, i think india overturning the follow on against australia a few years ago has to be my favourite!! |

I knew that this is bed games for bowlers, but if you are batsaman than you have to like that match. There was no support for bowler in the match.I am basically batsman so liked it very much. |

Now a days one day crciket is all about entertainment and introduction of 20 20 cricket is for the entertainment of people. That is wwhy I think that the match of SFA and Australia was a classic match forever.
Although it was a total disgrace for the bowlers but the game created such a thrill that it can be remembered for a long time. |

I think that the match was not won by the aussies but it was lost by the SA. Still remeber the silly mistake made by Klusenor and Donald. There were 3 balls left and no need to hurry for the single. Donald was spared in the last delivery from a close run out but again he went for it.
What can we say. It has been pure bad luck with South Africa in the World cups since 1992. |

| Classic ODI - 1st ODI between India vs Pakistan in Pakistan in 2004 when it was the first series in 5 years between the 2. India batted first, made 349 I think and Pakistan needed a 6 off the last ball but fell 4 short. The atmosphere was electric as well as the cricket. Test match - India vs. Australia the immortal test of course with VVS ad Dravid's incredible partnership of roughly 400 to put India in a winning position after following on. |

Well I still remember the match between India and Srilanka in the World Cup match at London.
It was amazing to see 3 centuries from the Indian squad in the same match.
India made a crowning 348 in 50 overs.
That was the time when Ganguly was in form. |
