Champions trophy is known as mini worldcup but importance is very low. In past we saw australia had bad record and they never won this cup and i dont think so that they could win this year champions trophy. India had good record of 8-3 and 2 finals.

On paper Australia has the best chance of winning because they are the best team at this moment. But I feel from their records in India may be some other team will win. West Indies is also playing very well now.

india at home will always be a force, but depending on the number of experimentations we do - and also the form of a number of key players - we shall see

i think australia are firm favourites

I feel Australia will be the champion. You know they are the champions. On any day at anywhere they are the favourites. Now other teams have to give their best to beat them though sometimes even best do not work.

Everyone hoping the Australia will be the champion but dont forget India. They are plaing at home and they have good supports from staduim. Even in India Australia didn't perform well. So doubt on India's victroy.

Australia are in the best of their form . They won the tri-series in Malaysia without many of their stars such as Adam Gilchrist , Matthew Hayden and some of their bowlers . They have the world's best players such as Mike Hussey , Simon Katich and Damien Martyn . The teams which can pose a threat to the OZ are the South Africa , West Indies and the home team India . But I dont think India will win the Champions Trophy . But they have a haome advantage . Glenn McGrath is in best of his form and I am certain that they are gonna win .

We should not forget that Pakistan is here to win. Nobody should take them lightly. They are a good team and they have beaten the best earlier also. Regarding the recent problems, I think they will be more determined and will perfom better.

We can find out who will win the cup from looking into the past. As the matches will be played in India, where the pitches are different, India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka have much higher chances than others. We must take India into consideration because of the home support.
