Bangladesh and Zimbabway failed again.

Zimbabway and Bangladeh again failed to do much in International cricket forums. Do you feel that ICC should let them play with big teams. I think there should be two group one having big teams and other group having Kenya, Zimbabway, Bangladesh, Holland etc.

We allready know this results becuase of foolish format of ICC. Atleast Bangladesh manage to one win. I agree with you joel that ICC should make two gruops for bigger team and lower teams. I also thin k ICC should give more chance to weak team.

the problem with the 2 tier game is that you only get better when you consistently play with the better teams

if you go back 20-30 years, then sri lanka were in the same boat. you cannot expect teams to get better unless they play against better teams

I think both the problems can be solved by making a simple modifications. For big tournaments like this champions trophy leave out weaker teams but ask every big team to play at least once a year with these teams. That will be good for both the upper and lower layer.
