As per fresh reports Andrew Flintoff may not bowl in the Champions Trophy or he might bowl about 4-5 overs in a match. The reason being medical. As Flintoff is their main bowler, will it handicap England's chances more ?

That will be a setback for the English team that is for sure. But on the other side his presence on the field will boost the spirit of the team. Now the question is who will compensate his absence in the bowling department?

This is big blow for England and bad for them who allready siffered from key players injury. Feddi is good bowler and he can bowl well in medium pitches of India. Its good news for Indian point of view.

well i did read that flintoff said he is back to 70% and will be looking to build himself up for the ashes
in the UK, there is more interest in the ashes than the champions trophy |

I know emjay that in UK ashes is more popular than ICC champions trophy. Flintoff is key player of England and he is not fit. ECB want him in Ashes as a bowler so he take rest in this series. I hope he will be fit before Ashes.
