Don't any of you'll think that the standard of umpiring has gone down. You saw on the Champions Trophy the amount of wrong decisions given. It was a poor site to watch. The days of David Sheperd are over.
I think there shouldn't be any field umpire. All umpires should sit in a room and give their decisions from their using all those replay technologies etc. So there wont be any mistake. Even they should have a camera on the no-ball line.They should also use that LBW technology everytime any bowler appeals for LBW.
I agree with emjay. If it continues like that then may be we will end up watching robots play cricket. Let there be humans and mistakes. But we can still ensure that there should not be any partiality or prejudice.
If field umpires continue to do mistakes and some hapless team suffers because of them then will it do any good for cricket? I don't think so. Either have young, qualified, unbiased umpires or go for TV Replays.

Even aside from the issue of keeping a human element to the game, that idea's so impractical it's ridiculous. How are they going to let the players know it was a no-ball? How are they going to judge the light? How are they going to judge if the bowler is running down the middle fo the pitch? If they have to refer every appeal to TV it's going to waste vast amounts of time. How is the umpire going to let the bowler know how far over the line he was, or why his appeal wasn't out? How is a captain or other player able to check on points of law during the match?
