Very sad about our Indian team performance in world cup.
Careless for the Indian team is coming due to some benefits coming to the players.
As we know if a player does well in one match he will get hell lot of money for that performance. As well as they will get lot of ads to make. This is giving them more money. So only in few matches they are playing well and they are still making money.
This trend has to be changed.
“ Player who did well in the match will be awarded at the same time player who didn’t play well need to pay some amount to the cricket board and it must be very transparent.”
If we implement this player who did worst in this match at least he will try to play in next match. And the player who player well in the match will try to get more money by playing well in the next match.
If player performance is degrading he himself will go out of team because he don’t feel to loose money staying back in the team.
If this is the way people who want to play for nation and who won’t bother about money will come into the team.
