Ipl is just a reply to ICl by BCCI the great non profit organization that takes it responsibility for cricket in india. The way players are attracted to ipl raises more questions about the loyalty of players to their country. English players did the right thing, but one gets amused by the action of the Australian players.
If bcci wants to conduct 20/20 as a domestic competition, it could have planned something similar to stanford 20/20, which comprises of the players within the region competing.
I pray god for IPL to be a Failure and it will be the case definetly. Cash rich BCCI could spend the money atleast to poor cricketers who have played domestic cricket in india for more than 10 years and left with nothing for them.
It would really be a bad thing to do watching ipl, if u r a indian.
