Embarrasing for Australia, but justice seems to have been served.
India's Harbhajan Singh was praised for a sporting gesture, while Andrew Symonds came across as the aggressor when the ICC finally laid to rest cricket's race row last night.
Explaining why Harbhajan's suspension for racial abuse was dropped in favour of a $3000 fine for verbal abuse, ICC appeals commissioner Justice John Hansen dropped a bombshell when he placed the blame for sparking the incident squarely at Symonds' feet.
CRICKET Australia's chief executive James Sutherland says he's disappointed Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh escaped a more serious penalty for abusing Andrew Symonds.
Been sniffing again, my hallucinating friend - Kellygang... Can you please post a link to the alleged part of the stump mike script where Harbhajan called the monkey by his name?
India has done itself no favours, it is all over now for Indian cricket, Harbajahn should've admitted to it, accepted it and moved on, now the world game is no longer involved with India whatsoever.......India out of world cricket.
