Yesterday was the day of surprises. Ireland is now through to the super 8 stage. Pakistan's early exit from the World cup was surprising to say the least. But it has to be said that the Irish team fought brilliantly and won the match.

i was watching the india match, but did flick for the wickets. in the highlights ireland played very well, but i dont think pakistan played to their potential, but i think they probably played a bit too cocky.
i dont want to say too much at this stage, because we are in a similar situation. but we need to win our final 2 games to progress
The sub-continent neighbours had a bad day. If Pakistan's defeat was shocking, India's defeat has also raised doubts for their chances in the World Cup.
I think after today's developments this Ireland Vs Pakistan match will get more importance and people will start zooming into the match details to get more information.
