Exit is hu important, Entry into team also same important..

Selectors should have some principle to follow age factor in entry level, taking players in their ages and droped after two three years will affect their whole career.. Phatan and Raina are gud example for this..

Age factor in India is very important, we are lesser stamino camparly to english countries, so 23-25 is the age normally we get matured in physically and mentally also, every one can't became sachin..

RabinSingh got chance at his 29th age, Raina, Phartiv got at 17s; Unless n otherwise he is exordinary in performance, it is better to get chance in 23rd age of every player..

To consistantly come out with top performance age is definitely a factor. But not all the players in the Australian (who are the top team) team is at 23. You need experience.

Age factor is important but experience is also important. A good team needs both. So change the non-performers only and try with new boys.

very difficult to generalise these things, especially age players should be introduced. i think once you have performed consistently at domestic level and then the A team you should be given a run in the 1XI

Yes emjay that is the right approach and that should be followed. But in India this might not work. Out batsmen are adjusted to play in almost dead pitches where the ball comes at a decent pace and at a hitable height. So even a playe has scored tons of run that does not guarantee he will continue his form in the International level and outside India. This logic does not apply for bowlers of course. Bowlers who has done well on Indian pitches should be given chance at the earliest.
