After the departure of Brian Lara, I feel West Indian Cricket needs a more definite plan for the future. They need to bring in dedicated youth force into the team. Moreover they will also have to plan solid strategy keeping the future in mind.

I think in West Indies Cricket is no longer the most popular game and that is why they lack quality bowlers. It's not a good trend. Eveyone has to work hard so that West Indian cricket can rise again.
