Cool it please, both Aussies and Indians. Such an exchange does credit to neither of you. And its a pity that this series between two of the top teams in the world will be remembered by this incident and not by some of the fine examples of the cricketer's art that we have seen during the series.
Come on, the Aussie cricket team are the world champions at sledging. So if they are so prepared to sledge their opponents then why do they complain when it is done to them.
On the other hand, I feel that the Board for Control of Cricket in India's actions of threatening to withdraw their team if a disciplinary decision didn't go their way shows a very worrying trend, and it does seem that the commercial value of cricket in India is becoming a monster out of control.
I wouldn't be surprised if nations advise the ICC that they can no longer accept tours by the Indian team, that they just can't accept the financial liability of the Indian yeam calling off the tour if a decision goes against them and the host nation's cricket board get sued by the Indian televisors for not completing the tour. |

As far as i can see, there are racist australians and racist indians on here, as well as people who want sensible cricket discussion. There is nothing wrong with australians posting on here about cricket, given that India is playing a cricket series against Australia at the moment. but the racism by both sides is appalling.
Look I am australian and i have done a post about the racism, written to the mods about it.Theres not a great deal more I can do, unfortunately. |

We all appreciate your positive attitude and outlook, but you are clearly in a minority here. The majority of Aussies posting here sound like rabid racists and anti-Indian or even anti-Asian.
Please don't deny us the pleasure of educating these oafs that there's a bigger better world out there. Moreover, for today's Indians it's tit-for-tat for any racist attack. We are not like Gandhi who will turn the other cheek.
So all those Aussies who are proud of their alleged physical superiority over the Indians, you have probably only seen the weaker Indians in Australia because they couldn't compete against the more robust healthier Indians in India.
I suggest you to visit Kashmir, Kerala, Punjab and a couple of other provinces in India where the average height for men is 6' and one knock from them will make you see your "Maan Ki". |
