I think yes, he is the best ever wicket keeper batsman. I can't recall any other keeper who has shown such batting potential. Gilcrhist is already a great player who has given us enough pleasure to watch him play.
Indeed he is greatest weeket-keeper batsmen in the wrold. He performe well as weekt keeper and opening batsmen. I dont think anyone can take place of him.
I remember watching some innings of Gilchrist. He is devastating. When he is in full flow the world seems to be watching only. A bowler just feels a hapless pray in his hands. He can murder any good bowling in his day and to add all this he is consistant.
