My team has aggressive players in top order upto No.4 who would use 20 overs restriction to the maximum. One of them and Dravid at No. 5 would consolidate between 30 to 40 overs. The slog in 40 to 50 overs by dhoni, irfan, agarkar and Munaf patel.
Shewag at No. 4 probably would solve middle overs slumps in run rate. But Rahul at top puts pressure through out the batting order.
This team would come out with 300 plus scores every time they play. This team has four fast bowlers to bowl first 20 overs and last 10 overs. The middles overs will be bowled by harbhajan, yuvraj, shewag, tendulkar and one of the fast bowlers.
I agree with you Champion this team and order make such a great impression and bring good results for us. But i think Gambhir is not fit in this team. Kaif is better player and India needs good batsmen in middle order.
I believe your dream team is from current lot only and based on their current performance. Then Gambhir, Sehwag and Pathan should not be there. Zaheer Khan is bowling better than Pathan now.
I also agree sams than Gambhir, Sehwag is not important player for India now. Both is flop and they have no consistency in international cricket. I also agree that Zaheer is perfact as opning bowler for India.
