One more test series started from today between NewZealand v Srilanka. Sri Lanka were bowled out for 154. All the bowlers bowled excellently. Top scorer was Chamara Kapugedera with 37. New Zealand are currently at 2/85

Bond bowled really well and deserved more than 3 wickets. Though he did put down 2 resonably easy catches off other people. Sri Lankan batsmen just didn't look like they were match fit. The ball wasnt really doing mutch and it should have been an even contest between bat and ball. How was undone by Malingas action more than the ball i feel, and sinclair looked in pretty good nick. With bad weather predicted over the next couple of days NZ need to score quickly when they can.

There might be two things either the pitch is not upto the mark or it may be the batsmen from both the sides were not applying themselves.

Whenever Asian teams visit New Zealand they find such pitches. I have not seen a high scoring matcb in New Zealand for a long time. May be the condition is as such that fast bowlers get help.

Kiwis were good but Lankans have not made them earned the victory so easily!!!! Murali is a cricketing God,whatever u say to him chucker or blah blah and blah ,but guys that lad can tuen the ball yard on a frigging dead track!!!!!

What a gutsy cricketer ,but the way he dismissed was amazing.I guess he was overexcited ,but a player after playing so many games should not have been the architect of such episode.
